This ministry of mothers is a faith-filled community providing support and fellowship as we face the joys and challenges of motherhood.
Who we are: We are a small, informal group of moms who meet periodically at St. Thomas the Apostle parish hall, at one of the local playgrounds or at some other convenient places to share stories, compare notes, learn from each other and bond with other women. Our purpose is to cultivate friendships with other moms in the parish and enrich our relationships with God and the Church.
What we do: Our activities include:
- Park / playground days,
- Mom’s night (conversation, wine, and dessert),
- family-oriented fun and creative events,
- and much more (bring your own ideas!).
Time commitment: There is no commitment to join – moms are invited to come for as many or as few of the activities as you can.
Requirements: The group is for ANY mom with children from birth through Kindergarten, but especially if you are looking to connect with other moms at St. Thomas the Apostle Parish.
Contact: For more information email Lisa Fernandez at firstname.lastname@example.org.
“Mom’s offers the opportunity for spiritual, as well as personal, growth and guidance.
We are the examples for our children; we are the ones who pass on our Catholic traditions.
The good news is: we don’t have to do it alone.”
